We are currently working on behalf of a Housing Association. My client is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter / Trade Operative to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within South Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity to join a growing in-house maintenance team with strong training, development and progression opportunities.

Duties will include:

Carpentry repairs including doors, internal joinery and general woodwork
Repairs to UPVC doors, windows and locks
Kitchen repair works including worktops and joinery
High level carpentry and structural repairs where required
Responsive repairs on occupied and void properties
Diagnosing faults and completing first time fix repairs where possible
Using mobile systems to record and complete job information
Supporting larger works when required
