Role and Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of Customer Service Operatives
* Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
* Drive performance and ensure KPIs are met
* Coach, train, and develop your team through 1:1s and ongoing support
* Manage rotas and ensure smooth daily operations
* Promote a positive, high-energy team culture
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Requirements
* Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Confident coaching and developing others
* Calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Able to lead by example and motivate a team
