What you’ll do day to day

* Completing all administration paperwork for fleet department vehicle sales.

* Running and updating daily stock reports.

* Allocation of registrations, ordering leasing company packs and accessories.

* Liaise with PDI centre to ensure vehicle preparation.

* Registering sold vehicles to regulated standards.

* Using in house spreadsheets to ensure accurate invoicing.

* Liaising with the sales and sales support teams regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly.

* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
