Service Advisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to thrive within their busy and professional Service Department. This Service Advisor position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and a passion for the automotive industry. As part of this position, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards of the dealership.

Benefits:

Basic salary up to £27,000, dependent on experience
On target earnings exceeding £30,000
Monday to Friday working week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota

Advising customers on vehicle repairs, technical queries, and maintenance options
Booking vehicles in for servicing and organising work schedules efficiently
Keeping customers updated on repair progress and vehicle status
Selling additional repairs, parts, and services to meet customer needs
Finalising invoices accurately and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:

Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor within a dealership setting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
Professional approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
