Operations & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: 

Coordinate client requests with accuracy, discretion, and urgency
Prepare tailored quotations for transport and specialist handling services
Set up and manage jobs within internal systems to exacting standards
Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth, high-quality execution
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding requirements and timelines
Monitor live operations, anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively
Uphold meticulous records across all jobs, pricing, and communicationsWhat can you bring? 

A Background in logistics, transport, warehousing, or operations is essential. 

Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
