Role and Responsibilities
Operate forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment
Move materials safely and efficiently across the site
Support production teams with timely supply of stock
Play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow
Work within a team-focused, safety-first environment
Loading and unloading deliveries
Transporting raw materials and finished goods
Supplying production lines with required materials
Following site processes and maintaining quality standards
Working to targets and operational deadlines
Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
Supporting general warehouse and production dutiesAbout You
Valid forklift licence (essential)
Previous forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
Reliable, dependable, and adaptable
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Flexible and proactive approachWhat We Offer
£13.29 per hour basic rate
£1.85 per hour shift allowance (days/afternoons)
£3.08 per hour shift allowance (nights)
