As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:
Producing high quality MIG welds on mild steel between 1.5mm and 10mm
Carrying out occasional TIG welding on mild steel and thin gauge components
Welding fabricated assemblies for mechanically engineered products
Working accurately from engineering drawings
Inspecting welds to ensure strength and consistency
As a Welder, your experience will include:
Proven experience as a Welder within an engineering or fabrication environment
Confident MIG welding of mild steel
Some experience with TIG welding
Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings
A precise, methodical approach with strong attention to detail
