Repair and replace damaged or compromised bodywork panels following manufacturer standards
Conduct chassis and framework repairs ensuring structural integrity
Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
Perform bumper and door repairs as required, maintaining high-quality standards
Ensure all repair work complies with internal quality controls and external audit requirements
Collaborate within a team to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations as a Panel Beater
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety policiesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within an automotive repair environment
Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent are desirable but not essential for individuals with extensive practical experience
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
