Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients with premiums typically ranging from £3,000 to £25,000+.
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day policy administration as a Commercial Account Handler.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms across a cross-class commercial book.
• Support Account Executives in delivering a high-retention, service-led approach to clients.
About You
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial broking or as a Commercial Account Handler.
• Experience managing SME and mid-corporate commercial insurance portfolios.
• Strong understanding of property, liability, and motor or fleet insurance classes, with confidence using broking systems such as Acturis.
