Warehouse Manager

Alliance Personnel are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient management of inventory, logistics, and distribution processes. This pivotal role involves supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

MAIN DUTIES

To manage the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and despatch of goods to ensure the highest quality and customer service at the lowest cost.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* Ensuring all customer orders are picked in an accurate and timely manner

* Ensuring all goods are stored with control on stock rotation

* Ensuring a neat and organised warehouse area

* Ensuring customer orders are loaded correctly on vehicles

* Ensuring accurate regular stock takes

* Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner

* Instruct, motivate and lead your team as needed.

* To resolve any staff concerns and ensure effective performance from your team

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

* Must be neat and accurate with strong attention to detail.

* Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.

* Must have proven warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment.

* Valid forklift licence is preferred.

* Strong leadership with a structured approach.

SHIFT

41.5 hours per week – Typically 7am to 4pm
