Key Responsibilities
* Operate a Flexi (Bendi) forklift truck safely and efficiently in line with health & safety regulations
* Load and unload goods from vehicles accurately and securely
* Store and retrieve stock from racking systems up to required heights
* Carry out stock movements and ensure accurate handling of inventory
* Assist with general warehouse duties when required, including picking, packing, and palletising
* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Follow warehouse procedures and company policies at all times
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets
Skills & Experience Required
* Valid Flexi/Bendi forklift licence
* Proven experience operating a Flexi forklift in a warehouse environment
* Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
* Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
