Competitive basic salary of £35,500, with an achievable OTE of £43,000 – £50,000
Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend shifts

Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming procedures
Mix and apply paint to a high standard, ensuring an excellent finish
Perform full resprays and localised repairs as required
Complete refinishing work adhering to manufacturer standards
Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks
Support additional bodyshop tasks where applicable to meet workshop demandsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving a perfect finish
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver consistent results
Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques
Multi-skilled experience, such as panel or prep work, is advantageous but not essential
