We are currently recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager on behalf of a reputable and growing care provider. This is a permanent leadership role focused on maintaining high standards within established children’s residential homes.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Managers or strong Deputy Managers ready to step up into a leadership role within a stable and well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential home in line with Ofsted regulations
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care delivery, and compliance
* Manage and develop staff teams, including rotas, supervision, and performance
* Oversee care planning, audits, incident management, and quality assurance
* Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory requirements
* Build effective relationships with Ofsted, local authorities, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care
* Previous Registered Manager experience OR Deputy Manager ready to progress
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Leadership & Management (Level 5 desirable/support provided)
* Strong leadership, organizational, and safeguarding skills
Essential Criteria:
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Stable employment history within children’s residential settings
* Ability to work on-site and take full operational responsibility
Salary description
£55000.00 - £65000.00 per year
