Location: Office-based
An established housing provider is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a growing PRS portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on tenancy management, compliance, and arrears, with some involvement in wider housing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage PRS tenancies from start to finish
* Handle arrears, tenancy breaches, and serve Section 8 & 21 notices
* Ensure full property compliance (Gas, EICR, EPC, etc.)
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams
* Manage rent accounts and agree repayment plans
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries
About You
* Strong knowledge of PRS legislation and compliance
* Experience managing PRS or mixed-tenure properties
* Confident handling arrears and legal notices
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
* Strong communication and IT skills
Desirable: CIH Level 3, social housing experience
