Vehicle Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician in Bury, a key position within a reputable, family-owned dealership that has been committed to delivering exceptional customer service across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire since 2003.

This Vehicle Technician position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals seeking to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment. Our client is seeking a dedicated individual who is committed to maintaining high standards of vehicle repair and servicing.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
OTE of up to £39,000 inclusive of a nearly £5,000 bonus package
Work Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays half days

Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Accurately complete repair and service documentation
Analyse diagnostic information and work orders to identify vehicle issues
Support the implementation of industry best practices and company policies
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Ensure vehicles leave the workshop in optimal conditionRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar position
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
