Provide dedicated support to KS1 pupils, helping them to achieve their learning goals.
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Work with small groups or individual students to provide tailored learning support.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages pupil engagement.
Support children with additional needs, ensuring their individual plans are followed.What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school or KS1 setting.
