Salary: £41,600 – £45,900 + benefits
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management team, supporting a portfolio of sites across the Birmingham region.
This Mobile Maintenance Electrician role covers multiple locations (up to 35 sites), delivering both planned and reactive maintenance within government buildings.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with compliance and safety regulations
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently
* Working independently while liaising with FM teams and stakeholders
* Managing workload and travel as a Mobile Maintenance Electrician
What We’re Looking For
* Electrically qualified Mobile Maintenance Electrician (essential)
* Experience in multi-site or FM environments preferred
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
