About the Role
As a Door Window and Fenestration Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise site surveys for a wide range of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure the accurate specification, measurement, and installation feasibility of Doors and specialist windows
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed site surveys for doors, windows and defence products.
*
Interpret customers drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
*
As the Surveyor you will provide technical advice to clients and liaise with production and the office
*
Liaise with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
*
Create simple formatted reports, measurements, and documentation for each project.
*
Identify potential on-site issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in fenestration or double glazing as a surveyor or a related construction field.
*
Strong understanding of door and window systems and glazing.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*
CSCS card and relevant safety certifications (preferred).
*
Full UK driving licence.
🎯 Desirable - But NOT essential
*
Qualifications in Construction, Fenestration Surveying, or related disciplines.
*
Knowledge of automated door systems or fire-rated glazing.
