Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) + Paid Travel
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary, structured on-call rota, and paid travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of air conditioning systems
Diagnose and repair faults across split systems, VRV/VRF, and associated equipment
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
Provide excellent customer service when attending client sites What We Offer:

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer (maintenance-focused)
F-Gas certification (essential)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
