Program Manager - Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Managing the delivery and coordination of the Program, ensuring all events and virtual sessions run smoothly and to a high standard.
Tracking and overseeing the curriculum, liaising with events, operations, and fellowship teams to coordinate logistics and content delivery.
Acts as the primary contact for participants and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support throughout the program.
Organising and hosting briefings for distinguished speakers and facilitators to guarantee engaging and impactful sessions.
Managing international travel arrangements for program events, primarily within the United States, ensuring seamless execution.
Collecting feedback and evaluating program outcomes to continuous improvement and program excellence.
Maintaining accurate records and program schedules using digital tools, including MS Office, Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, and Salesforce.

Program Manager - Experience Essentials

Proven experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, or similar roles within leadership or training programs in an academic environment.
Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and academics.
Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, or Salesforce highly advantageous.
Location

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring two days working onsite in Oxford and regular international travel.. Candidates must be willing and able to travel with adequate notice.
