Car Sales Manager

Our client, an emerging automotive business based in Sheffield, is seeking a highly motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent Car Sales Manager opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, non-dealership operation in its early stages. The successful Car Sales Manager will play a vital position in shaping the sales direction and achieving ambitious targets within a fast-moving company.

Benefits:

Up to £40,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission, with an OTE exceeding £70,000
Monday to Friday working pattern, 9am – 6pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays

Oversee daily sales operations for the business
Coach and support sales team members to meet and exceed targets
Facilitate effective sales closures, ensuring high conversion rates as a Car Sales Manager
Deliver an outstanding customer experience at all touchpoints
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards
Contribute to building and developing the sales division of the company
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retentionRequirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a managerial or senior sales position
Demonstrable success in closing deals and achieving performance metrics
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Process-driven with strong attention to detail
FCA accredited or willing to obtain accreditation
Full UK driving licence
