Key Responsibilities
Set and operate manual milling machines to produce precision components
Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
Carry out accurate measurements and inspection checks using hand tools
Ensure components are produced to tight tolerances and quality standards
Maintain machines and keep work area clean and organised
Support wider machine shop operations where requiredEssential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Manual Miller
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience working to tight tolerances
Confident using a range of measuring equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to qualityDesirable Experience
Background in precision engineering or machine shop environments
Experience working with a variety of materials
Ability to support general machining operations when requiredBenefits
