We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join the team of a very specialist Main Contractor to deliver an ultra high end one off residential project in Knightsbridge.
The project is currently on site and scheduled to run for the next 18 months or so. The project is a full refurbishment of the existing property as well as two additional basement stories which have already been constructed to shell & core.
Day to day you will be managing the internal team as well as the subcontract supply chain to deliver their jobs. You will be running meetings with these guys as well as the end clients team to manage all aspects of the project through to successful completion.
