Senior Architect

An excellent practice with studios in Wales , London and Germany are looking for further talent in the Cardiff location with 25 members of staff. A high level of design consistency is provided to an array of clients which has resulted in excellent long term relationships.

Working across leisure or affordable housing schemes you will be working on the design and delivery aspects whilst running an internal team. You will lead a consultant team and manage all areas of the construction phases on multiple projects.

You will have excellent REVIT and NBS skills with a proven track record of running large projects along with the administering of contracts. Its important that you have good communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

They are based just outside the city centre with free parking and many amenities on site. As a company they have a good track record of promoting within the ranks and have a low turnover of staff.
