Are you an Engineering Geologist with around 3 years' experience looking to take the next step in your career?
We're working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy in Cardiff that is continuing to grow its ground engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its supportive culture, strong project pipeline, and clear progression routes.
The Role
You'll be joining an experienced team delivering a range of ground investigation and contaminated land projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
This role offers a great balance of site work and office-based reporting, giving you the chance to build on your technical ability while gaining more responsibility across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and managing ground investigations
Soil and rock logging to current UK standards
Preparing Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports
Interpreting geotechnical and geoenvironmental data
Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Supporting project delivery from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or similar
Around 2-4 years' consultancy experience
Strong report writing and site supervision skills
Full UK driving licence
A motivated individual keen to progress within a growing team
