Electronic Security Service Engineer – Cardiff Area
Salary: £40,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Call-Out + Benefits

We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Security Service Engineer to join a well-established and reputable NSI Gold accredited installer operating across the Cardiff region and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of electronic security systems

* Working with Galaxy intruder alarm systems and CCTV systems (essential)

* Attending reactive call-outs and completing planned preventative maintenance

* Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and company expectations

* Providing excellent customer service on client sites

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer

* Strong working knowledge of Galaxy systems and IP CCTV

* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

* Full UK driving licence

* Willingness to travel as part of the role

* Flexible approach to overtime and call-out rota
