Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit Welders and Platers to support fabrication and welding activities across a range of projects within the Mansfield site. You’ll work to high engineering and safety standards, helping deliver quality components on time and to customer specifications.
Welders
Review engineering drawings and perform welding/plating tasks
Ensure tolerances, parameters, and production timings are met or exceeded
Produce and mark up component parts; fabricate jigs for production runs
Collaborate within a team to achieve quality and schedule targets
MIG with previous coding
BS EN 1090-1, 3834-2, and (phone number removed) standards
Platers
Fabricate, assemble, and weld components to drawing and schedule
Use jigs for assembly and ensure compliance with documentation
Maintain safe working practices and high housekeeping standards
Deliver quality parts on time with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
MIG and TIG
