The Role:
This role is for an Assistant Production Manager working on night shifts—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Record near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
Work with the Nightshift Manager to set and achieve targets and support the overall running of the shop floor during the shift.
Oversee key production processes across all stages.
Assess ways to improve and develop the nightshift staff
