Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-value residential projects to the very highest standards?
I’m working with a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They’re seeking a confident and detail driven Senior Site Manager who can lead complex builds on site, ensuring quality, programme, and health & safety are delivered without compromise.
Initial projects include the high quality refurbishment of a private residence, defined by heritage detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury. The forward pipeline consists exclusively of bespoke residential projects, with contract values ranging from £5m to £20m.
The Role:
As Senior Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of this exceptional project, working closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, and consultants to ensure a flawless end result.
You will:
* Take full ownership of site operations from start to completion
* Manage programme, sequencing, and coordination of trades and subcontractors
* Ensure the highest standards of workmanship, quality control, and finishes
* Lead site health & safety, compliance, and best practice implementation
* Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and specialist trades
* Manage site logistics within sensitive, high-end residential environments
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and professional teams on site
* Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges
About You:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on £5m+ prime or super prime residential / heritage projects
* Strong technical knowledge across high end construction and refurbishment
* A hands on, solutions focused approach with exceptional attention to detail
* Confidence managing complex programmes and demanding quality standards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Experience working in client facing, discreet residential environments
* A calm, professional manner, and pride in delivering outstanding work
