We’re working with , a fast-growing electrical contractor delivering commercial projects alongside Tier 1 M&E clients. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Role
Managing applications, valuations, and variations
Supporting estimating and project costing
Cost control and commercial reporting
Working closely with the estimating team
Reporting directly into senior management
Projects are primarily commercial, including:
Schools
Government buildings
Office fit-outs etc
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Electrical QS
Strong understanding of commercial project environments
Experience managing applications and valuations
Ability to work closely with estimators and project teams
Open to candidates who have worked their way up from an electrical background or qualification

£55,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
