This role is critical in setting strong foundations for future phases.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Wave 1 delivery of a ServiceNow implementation programme.
* Establish programme governance, delivery cadence and controls.
* Coordinate multiple workstreams including platform configuration, integrations and service design.
* Manage delivery partners and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure early‑phase risks, dependencies and design decisions are well managed.
* Support transition planning into subsequent implementation waves.
Skills & Experience
* Strong and recent HE experience is advantageous
* Demonstrable experience leading ServiceNow or enterprise ITSM platform implementations.
* Strong programme governance and early‑phase delivery capability.
* Experience setting up delivery structures for multi‑wave programmes.
* Confident working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

£500.00 - £600.00 per day
