Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + OTE £90,000 - £110,000

Bennett & Game are representing a well-established commercial design and build fit out specialist who are seeking a Project Director to join their growing team.

This is a long-established business with a strong reputation in delivering high-quality commercial workspace fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK. They operate across the design and build sector, working with a wide range of commercial clients to deliver modern, functional and design-led workspaces. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to strengthen their senior team with the addition of a Project Director.

Project Director Position Overview

* Take ownership of client relationships from initial enquiry through to project award
* Lead client meetings, presentations and pitch processes with design and delivery input
* Guide clients through the full design and build journey, acting as a trusted advisor
* Work closely with internal design, pre-construction and delivery teams to shape winning solutions
* Manage and qualify opportunities handed over from the business development function
* Ensure commercial and technical understanding is clearly communicated throughout the process
* Play a key role in securing and converting new business opportunities

Project Director Position Requirements

* Strong background within Design & Build or commercial fit out environments
* Proven experience in client-facing, project winning or senior pre-construction roles
* Strong commercial awareness combined with solid construction knowledge
* Confident leading presentations, pitches and client discussions at senior level
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive opportunities through to completion
* Natural relationship builder with a consultative and solutions-led approach
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required
