The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and stay engaged with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, supporting conflict resolution and maintaining a structured and consistent environment that promotes positive behaviour and engagement.
