What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs.
A genuine passion for supporting the individual learning and development of children with SEN.
Confidence and adaptability to support diverse SEN needs across different age groups.
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
