Search Consultancy is looking for an all-round, Skilled House Bashing Joiner to join our busy residential teams across Sunderland and the wider Wearside area. We are partnering with leading volume house builders who require tradespeople capable of handling the full life cycle of a plot at a fast pace.
If you are a Joiner who thrives in a high-volume environment and can move seamlessly from the roof to the final snags, we have immediate starts and long-term runs of work available now.

The Role

* Full Plot Scope: Covering everything from structural timber to the final handover.
* 1st Fix & Roofing: Professional installation of roof trusses, joists, and internal studwork/partitioning.
* 2nd Fix: High-speed installation of internal door sets, skirting, architrave, and stair components.
* Final Fix: Detailed finishing, ironmongery, and snagging to ensure the plot is ready for handover.
* Productivity Driven: We need Joiners used to the speed of new-build sites who can keep the program on track without compromising safety or quality.

Requirements

* CSCS Card: A valid Blue or Gold card is essential.
* Experience: Proven track record in "house bashing" or volume house building. You must be competent in roofing and all fix stages.
* Tools & PPE: Full professional kit (110v or cordless) and standard 5-point PPE.
* Reliability: Must be able to work as part of a gang or individually to hit strict plot deadlines.
* Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
