Are you a confident and experienced finance professional looking for a short-term opportunity to make a real impact? We’re seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to join our busy team during a crucial clean-up and process improvement phase.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day finance support across the department
* Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies
* Assist with streamlining and improving existing finance processes
* Collaborate with both internal team members and senior stakeholders
* Ensure accurate data input and reporting using ERP systems
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts support role
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., STAT, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel
* Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
