We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support in Supported Living settings across Essex
💼 What You’ll Do:
* Support individuals with learning disabilities in their day-to-day lives
* Promote independence, choice, and inclusion
* Assist with personal care, medication, and household tasks
* Encourage and support participation in community activities
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and other team members
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals
* Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – full training provided
* Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
