About the Role
SEND Inclusion Support is working in partnership with a leading provider of specialist education and residential care for children and young people across the UK.
In this role, you’ll become a vital part of a young person’s day-to-day life — supporting them through both challenges and achievements, helping them build confidence, independence, and a brighter future. It’s a rewarding position where small steps lead to meaningful outcomes.
The home in Hinckley provides a nurturing and structured environment for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), supporting them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting both young people and the staff team. You’ll help maintain high standards of care and step in to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
You’ll be someone who can build strong, positive relationships with young people, lead by example, and support your team through both routine and more challenging situations.
