How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (commensurate with experience)
    OTE: £55,000 – £70,000+ Uncapped

    We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Property Lister / Valuer to play a pivotal role in expanding market share across North West London and Middlesex.     The Role:

    As a Senior Property Lister / Valuer, you will be responsible for winning new instructions, accurately valuing properties, and delivering a first-class customer experience from initial appraisal through to completion. You’ll operate across a defined postcode territory, with the autonomy to manage your pipeline and the flexibility to incorporate hybrid working where appropriate.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
    Build strong relationships with vendors and provide expert market advice
    Manage the full listing process from appraisal to launch
    Drive business growth through proactive prospecting and networking
    Support the directors specifically on sales, listings, and overall business growth
    Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey
    Stay ahead of local market trends in North West London and Middlesex

    About You

    Proven experience as a Senior Property Lister / Valuer or similar role
    Strong knowledge of the North West London and Middlesex property market
    Confident, target-driven, and commercially minded
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
    Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career
