* Teaching a small class of pupils with EHCPs and complex needs
* Delivering highly personalised, sensory-based learning
* Supporting pupils with autism, communication difficulties and behaviours linked to low engagement
* Working closely with a strong team of LSAs and therapists
* Creating a calm, structured and engaging classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or QTLS
* Has experience within SEN or specialist settings
* Confident supporting pupils with ASD and complex needs
* Brings a calm, patient and proactive approach
* Able to lead a classroom team and model best practice
