How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you an experienced professional within the social housing sector with a strong background in procurement, contract management or consultancy?

    We’re working with a growing consultancy that plays a key role in supporting social landlords, contractors and partners to deliver high-quality, compliant maintenance and investment programmes across the UK.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a pivotal role in developing and managing framework agreements that drive best practice across the sector.

    The Role

    As a Framework Consultant, you will act as a key link between clients and suppliers, ensuring the effective delivery and performance of framework contracts. You’ll support procurement activity, manage stakeholder relationships, and help drive continuous improvement across programmes.

    Key responsibilities include:

    * Managing and developing relationships with clients and supply chain partners

    * Supporting compliant procurement and framework call-offs

    * Assisting with tender documentation, evaluation and contract management

    * Monitoring performance data to ensure value for money and best practice delivery

    * Supporting the use and development of systems (e.g. CRM platforms)

    * Producing reports and presenting to senior stakeholders and boards

    * Promoting services at industry events, conferences and exhibitions

    About You

    You’ll be a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a passion for improving outcomes within social housing.

    We’re particularly keen to speak with individuals who have:

    * 5–10 years’ experience within social housing (maintenance, procurement, or consultancy)

    * A strong understanding of public sector procurement and regulatory frameworks

    * Experience managing contracts, frameworks or supplier relationships

    * Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills

    * A proactive, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset

    Professional qualifications (CIPS / MRICS or working towards) would be advantageous but are not essential.

    What’s on Offer

    * Competitive salary circa £45,000

    * Car allowance

    * Performance and annual bonus schemes

    * 26 days holiday + bank holidays

    * Company pension

    * Flexible working arrangements

    * Ongoing professional development and training
