We are working with a leading UK food manufacturing business operating within a high-volume FMCG production environment, supplying well-known consumer products across the UK. The site is a large, highly automated facility with significant investment in both equipment and engineering capability, driving a strong focus on reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
The engineering team is well established and structured, with clear processes in place and a proactive approach to maintenance. This is not a reactive environment; the business places strong emphasis on planned maintenance, root cause analysis and ongoing improvement of plant performance.
This is a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a forward-thinking engineering team working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern. The business offers clear progression pathways, structured development plans and ongoing training to support long-term career growth.
This role would suit an apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer who is looking to move into a well-invested, process-driven FMCG environment, where engineering is valued and continuous improvement is at the core of operations.
