£28K - £32K (depending on experience)

Full Time (Permanent OR Temp 2 Perm)

We are looking for experienced electro – mechanical assembly operatives who have great wiring, crimping and soldering skills for a major client in the Rugby area.
This is a shop floor-based role where you handle PCBs, wiring up power using, crimp, build mechanical frames and build harnesses & looms.
Some of the crimps are very small and there will be drawings / schematics to read.
It’s a busy role where quality is far more important than speed, but it can be manual.
A nice, fixed day shift working Monday – Friday with an early Friday finish.
The perfect person will have: 2 years plus solid experience within an electro – mechanical assembly role, great soldering, skills, dexterous, easy to get along with and someone who is local to Rugby.
