How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Implementation Service Lead
    Hybrid role with UK travel
    37.5 hours per week
At Voyage Care, we support people to live life their way. Behind every great service is a strong support function — and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Implementation Service Lead to help us deliver meaningful, positive change across our services as we introduce a new HR, Payroll and Workforce Management system. This is a rewarding, people‑focused role where your work will directly support our colleagues who provide care and support every day.
    What you’ll be doing
As an Implementation Service Lead, you’ll work closely with services and key stakeholders to make sure they feel supported, listened to and confident throughout the implementation journey.
Reporting to the Implementation Manager and working alongside the wider project team, you’ll be the friendly, visible face of change — spending time in services, building relationships, delivering training and helping teams understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it supports the people we care for.
This is a hands‑on role that involves regular travel across the UK, including overnight stays and some out‑of‑hours work to support our 24/7 services.
    Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting services through the design, testing, rollout and adoption of new systems
Acting as the main point of contact for services during implementation and go‑live
Delivering engaging workshops and training sessions, adapting to different learning styles
Building trusted relationships with operational teams and stakeholders
Supporting data preparation, system access and user profile creation
Identifying risks, challenges and training needs, escalating where needed
Becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the systems and processes being introduced
Working to agreed implementation and project plans to ensure timely delivery
Capturing feedback to support continuous improvement
Liaising with IT and project teams to resolve local issues
Providing one‑to‑one support to colleagues during and after implementation
Supporting multiple implementation projects at the same time when requiredYou’ll typically spend 3–5 days onsite at services during implementation periods, offering practical, reassuring support.
    Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, adaptable and positive, with the confidence to work with a wide range of colleagues and the patience to support people through change.
    You’ll need:

A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the UK
    Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Experience supporting new system rollouts, ideally within social care
Strong communication skills and confidence training large groups
Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Visio, etc.)
Excellent organisation, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills
The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlinesIt’s a bonus if you have:

Experience of large‑scale digital or system implementations
Project management knowledge (Agile or PRINCE2)
Experience working in health or social care
A degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience
    Why work for Voyage Care?
At Voyage Care, we believe that supporting our colleagues is just as important as supporting the people we care for. You’ll be part of a welcoming, collaborative team where your contribution is valued, your development is supported, and your work truly makes a difference.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want to be part of an organisation that lives its values every day, we’d love to hear from you
