What You'll Be Doing
Managing a ledger of circa (Apply online only) live accounts
Chasing overdue debt and maintaining strong customer relationships
Investigating and resolving queries (including PO and invoicing issues)
Working closely with operations and internal teams to unblock payment delays
Supporting the wider order-to-cash process and improving ways of working
What You'll Bring
Experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders internally and externally
Commercial awareness, able to look beyond the numbers and solve problems
Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Systems confidence (experience with Sage or similar is useful, not essential)
