The Role as a Sales Manager
You’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role where performance, accountability, and results are key.

* Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (or clear potential to step into leadership)
