Now, as we expand our Service Optimisation Team, we’re looking for a Service Optimisation Manager to play a critical role in driving quality, growth and continuous improvement across our services.
The role
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for an experienced health or social care professional who thrives on pace, challenge and making a difference.
You will:
Lead the integration of acquisitions and large tender wins, ensuring services are embedded successfully.
Drive continuous improvement across complex, multi‑site services at a regional and national level.
Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver quality, compliance and performance.
Support due diligence and post‑integration activity as part of our growth strategy.
Maintain Voyage Care’s position at the forefront of quality care provision.
Represent Voyage Care locally and nationally when required.
Stay ahead of regulatory and external changes, ensuring learning is cascaded effectively.
Occasionally provide direct care support, ensuring first‑hand understanding of service delivery.This role involves regular nationwide travel and overnight stays – a full UK driving licence is essential.
About you

You’ll bring:
Previous experience in health or social care (essential).
A strong background in service improvement, quality or operations.
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leaders.
Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.
A flexible, solutions‑focused mindset.
Confidence working across the UK and with multiple stakeholders.
A genuine passion for improving outcomes for the people we support.
