You will play a key role in ensuring the front office operates efficiently while supporting wider administrative functions across the school.
Duties will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
Updating and maintaining pupil data using SIMS, ARBOR, and BROMCOM
Supporting attendance tracking, reporting, and follow-ups
Assisting with safeguarding administration, including maintaining accurate records
Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and providing admin support to senior staff
Completing general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a school administration role
Confident user of SIMS, ARBOR, and BROMCOM
Strong understanding of safeguarding protocols within education
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Professional and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
Please Note:
This position does not offer training - applicants must be able to perform duties from day one
An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) is highly desirable
Applicants without a DBS must be prepared to obtain and fund one prior to starting
