The college is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic GCSE English Language Lecturer to join their team on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for delivering GCSE English Language to a diverse group of students, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their exams.
The successful GCSE English Language Lecturer will have:
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
• Experience delivering GCSE English Language, ideally in an FE or similar setting
• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and exam techniques
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
• A flexible, proactive, and student-focused teaching approach
