Salary: From £38,000 per annum + overtime (potential earnings up to £60,000)
Bonus: 10% sign-on bonus + company-wide bonus scheme

The Opportunity
We are recruiting experienced CNC Millers to join a modern precision engineering facility manufacturing complex, high-specification components used across advanced engineering sectors.
You will be working with multi-axis CNC machines in a quality-driven environment offering excellent earning potential, modern equipment and long-term career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 axis and/or 5 axis)
* Prepare machines including tooling, fixtures, offsets and probes
* Load and edit CNC programs using CAM software or G-code
* Perform first-off inspection and in-process checks
* Machine precision components to tight tolerances
* Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
* Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies
* Monitor tool wear and maintain dimensional accuracy
* Troubleshoot machining or programming issues
* Support continuous improvement and cycle time optimisation
* Maintain accurate production and inspection records
* Follow quality standards including ISO9001 / AS9100 environments
Candidate Requirements
* 3+ years experience as a CNC Miller
* Experience with 3 axis and/or 5 axis machining centres
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience with CAM software or G-code editing
* Experience machining materials such as stainless steel, aluminium or titanium
* Strong understanding of precision measurement equipment
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and within a team
